Tiller extension holder for crossbar (parallel saddle)

This is designed to provide tiller extension storage for hobie beachcat sailboat. Specifically designed for the Hobie 17 18 20 or 21. This provides a place to store the tiller extension stacked on the crossbar.

Feel free to take the idea and expound upon it! I intended to split the lower hole, and provide a way to install fasteners, but haven't had time
