Description
The Jar Lid Sprouter is an interchangeable cap that fits standard canning bottles (e.g., 500 ml – 1 L mason or preserving jars). It turns ordinary jars into efficient sprouting containers. Ideal for home growers who want to germinate seeds such as mung beans, alfalfa, broccoli, lentils, quinoa, and larger seeds like mango pits after initial preparation.
How It Works
Prepare Seeds: Rinse seeds, soak if required (especially larger seeds like mango kernels).
Mount Cap: Screw the sprouting lid onto the jar filled with seeds and water for soaking.
Drain Water: Use the built-in strainer to drain without spilling contents.
Sprout: Place jar at room temperature; rinse and drain 2–3 times daily through the lid.
Harvest Sprouts: When ready, remove lid and enjoy fresh sprouts.
