Description
There are plenty of keyboard‑feet‑tilts out there, even parametric ones, but none did exactly what I needed. I created a Fusion 360 model so you can easily tweak it to suit your own setup.
Version | How It Works | Why You Might Choose It |
|---|---|---|
Solid (original) | A completely solid foot‑tilt that’s straightforward to slice and print. | Ideal when you want a simple, strong print that just works—no extra tricks needed. |
Hollowed (new!) | Same outer shape, but with a lightweight, hollowed‑out insert. | Gives the tilt a snug fit when the keyboard is folded. |
The hollowed version is brand‑new. I designed it after printing my own solid model and realizing the tilt didn’t close all the way. Adding the hollowed‑out insert lets the piece sit properly when folded.
Both versions share the same parametric Fusion 360 base, so you can still adjust dimensions, wall thickness, or any other detail to match your keyboard.
Material: PETG on an FFF printer works well for either version. I printed the STL model at 0.05mm layer height.
Optional: A resin printer will give an even smoother finish if you have one.
If you have ideas for further tweaks—or spot something that could be improved—drop a comment below and I’ll take a look. Happy printing, and enjoy picking the version that fits your style!
