Pottery Barn Mackenzie Water Bottle Replacement Bottom

This is a custom-designed replacement bottom cap for the Pottery Barn Mackenzie water bottle series. It was created specifically for my son’s Minecraft-themed bottle, so the underside features a stylized Minecraft creeper face for a fun, personalized touch. The design should fit other Mackenzie bottles with similar dimensions.

The part was intentionally modeled for flexible TPU filament. Its geometry is slightly undersized to allow for a snug fit when printed in TPU, which naturally expands and conforms during installation. However, due to TPU’s flexible nature, the cap does not grip tightly enough to stay on its own — so I recommend securing it with a small amount of glue for a reliable hold.

This replacement is ideal for restoring a damaged or missing bottom cap while adding a bit of flair. It’s not intended for rigid materials like PLA or PETG, which may not fit properly or could crack during installation.
