Description

WARNING: Construction and use of this model are entirely at your OWN RISK. The finished product is not certified and improper wiring can result in serious injury or death.

A simple box for 1 IN and 3 OUT PowerCON / speakON connectors for easy stage power splitting.

Part list

  • 3x PowerCON OUT connector (grey) - for example NEUTRIK NAC3MPB-1

  • 1x PowerCON IN connector (blue) - for example NEUTRIK NAC3MPA-1

  • 8x countersunk wood screw 3,0× 12 mm

  • 12x 4,8mm female "faston" crimp spade terminal (depends on powercon model) suitable of holding 2x1,5mm²

  • Approximately 1,5 m of suitable wire - the exact type depends on your local electrical standards. In my case, I used a CYA 1.5 mm² copper wire

Assembly

After removing all internal supports (long pliers are recommended, and well-tuned supports help), start by threading all wires in a loop through all holes, leaving enough extra length to comfortably crimp the spade terminals.

Next, crimp all spade connectors. Each terminal will have one incoming and one outgoing wire, looped through all connectors for live, neutral, and earth.

Connect all panel-mounted PowerCON connectors and secure them with screws.

Voilà — assembly complete.

Printing

For printing, it is recommended to use a UL-certified material, for example self-extinguishing Prusament PETG V0.

In my case i used black PETG with 6 walls for strength and 50% infill. Filament usage with internal supports is around 30m / 100g.
