Canon S5 IS Port cover

This is a 3D-printable replacement port cover for the Canon PowerShot S5 IS camera.
The original rubber cover is easy to lose or can degrade over time, so I designed this simple and durable replacement that fits well and restores the original look and function.

Printing recommendations

• Recommended material: TPU or any flexible filament

• PLA is also printable if flexible filament is not available

• Infill: 100%

• Layer height: 0.1 mm

• Supports: not required

Tested materials & colors

• Black PLA (main body)

• White PLA (logo using color change)

⚠ Note: When printed in PLA, the part is more rigid than the original rubber cover. Install carefully to avoid excessive stress.
