Description
The standard fence guide of the Mafell Erika tables comes with a peculiar milling groove at both ends. In my case the groove is useless and prevents fixing the fence with a clamp at the end of the fence.
So I designed an insert with the same profile as the fence, which completes the fence with all the necessary T-slots.
The insert can be attached by only pressing it into the fence profile.
For your own design you can find models of the fence profile here
BTW - if anyone knows something about the milling groove and what it's meant for: Please tell me
The model is designed just for one side. For the second, just mirror a copy in your slicer.
I recommend strong materials for printing, because it is a subject to high mechanical stress. My parts for the tablesaw are usually printed from carbon- or glas-fibre reinforced nylon.
