ROBOTIC VACUUM CLEANER WHEEL REPAIR(ROIDMI EVE PLUS)

I found my vacuum cleaner stuck at middle of room with stuck right wheel. When I took it apart, I found that screws what hold wheel in piece jumped out and blocked rotation. They jumped out because threads on opposite side of wheelhalf cracked to pieces. For that reason I have made plastic inserts what allows to repair this type of problem.

1)This video show quite well how to remove side motor from cleaner.

 2) This shows how to take apart side motor.(it has different type of wheel what dont have this type of problem but assembling of motor and gearbox assembly  is same. 

3) I made my inserts from PETG. For better connection, I used little bit of super glue(just two small drops). It has been designed with small tolerance so you need to use little bit of force to press them in. But before you do this, make sure that everything will fit properly, otherwise it can be hell to removing that.
