I've always thought these sharp edges were dangerous and could easily cut your fingers. Today, I made this case to protect your fingers while the tool is stored.

This cover is designed to fit over the sharp metal edge of the cylindrical grater, keeping it safely enclosed when it’s not in use. If you keep your grater in a drawer, toolbox, or kitchen bin, this case prevents accidental cuts and makes storage much safer.

The model prints without supports, features smooth interior walls for a consistent fit, and includes a centered opening on the lid so you can remove it without touching the blade. It’s a practical, purpose‑built solution for safer storage and better organization.
