Westinghouse TV Screen Bottom Cover & Button Fix

The Westinghouse Roku TVs have this button & IR receiver sticking out of the bottom of the TV .

So, it's impossible to put it directly on a table without removing the stock button and IR receiver and moving it to the front pane.

For context, I took the legs off the TV, and screwed it directly to the table so that I can use it as a large 50" computer screen, and the bottom can sit as low as possible.
