Soft Jaws for Harbor Freight 2.5" Table Swivel Vise (SKU 59113)

Mad some soft jaws for my Harbor Freight 2.5" Table Swivel Vise SKU 59113. Great little vise for small work holding and a great value too, but I thought it could benefit from some soft jaws. I made a simple flat set for the narrow side (those jaws are already flat) and then made two "versions" for the other side, one that allows you to have a flat jaw face (but fills in the voids in the original jaws to allow for even clamping pressure) and then an additional "face' that can be glued on to the first for a facetted set, with round work holding features.  This laminated approach avoided having the print any TPU supports which would be required for printing them whole, and instead of magnets, which didn't seem necessary I utilized some pressure fit nubs to snap into the counterbores of the original jaw screws, those plus a small lip on top and sides hold them quite securely.

NB: For gluing TPU I found Original Gorilla Glue works great as it is also a urethane. Print a set of small ones, then two sets of the long flat ones and one set of facetted ones for a full array.

Printed in 100% infill, TPU 95A. Fusion files available upon request
