Black & Decker EPC96 Forward/Reverse Switch Lever (Direction Selector)

This is a replacement part for the Forward/Reverse (F/R) direction selector switch lever found on the Black & Decker EPC96 cordless drill.

The original direction switch on these drills is prone to snapping over time, making it impossible to change the rotation direction. This 3D printed replacement restores the functionality of the tool. It may also fit other similar "EPC" series models from Black & Decker, but it is specifically designed and tested on the EPC96.

Print Settings & Recommendations:

• Supports: Yes.

• Infill: 15% (Tested and works perfectly). You can increase it if you want, but 15% provides sufficient strength for this application.

• Material: PLA works fine, but PETG or PLA+ is recommended for better impact resistance if the drill is used frequently in rough environments.

I recommend printing the part vertically. This orientation significantly strengthens the small actuator pin at the tip, making it resistant to snapping.
