Golf Cigar Holder

Basically, this is a golf tee with a cigar holder on the top. Can be used to stick in the ground or on the carts where the tee holders are. I've used mine quite a bit with no issues of breaking or anything. PET-G would be ideal since you'll be outside with this, but I printed mine out of PLA and haven't had much problem other than a little warping for the tee part. Also, go with 7 or 8 walls.
