Description
I made these from scratch for the Simsonn Pro X Ultra pedals, the other designs on this site and others didn't match the distance between the mounting bolts (67,5mm).
The motors mount with M4 bolts in a 19 by 28mm pattern, the throttle is turned 90 degrees so the bolts will be easy to fasten.
The hole in the middle needs to be at least 10mm circumference for the haptic motor plug to fit through. It's currently a tight fit, so if your filament isn't calibrated or is overextruding, you might have some issues getting the haptic motor plug to go through the middle.
I printed them with Fiberon PA6-GF25 at 300C and 40C bed, then annealed for 10 hours at 100C for better durability. Annealing reduced the effect of creep and the bolts loosening during use. If you tighten the bolts once in a while, you don't need to anneal. PETG and ABS will probably be good enough, I wouldn't trust PLA to last long with the vibrations and constant sideways load.
I've added the design files as well, so feel free to modify for personal use.
