Xrot Bolt, Nut & Bit Kit

This collection of Bolt, Nut & driver Bit have been designed from the ground up specifically for FDM production, leveraging all the structural advantages of the manufacturing technique to create a cost-effective fastener that is superior to all other manufacturing methods per weight of the same material.

The design of the socket and drive have also been created specifically for FDM and perform far better than a standard hex or torx design. The geometry has been optimized to the highest level providing unparalleled precision and fidelity.

Original source files are included, and the technical design specification of all critical dimensions.

2026-01-16 Update: Added STLs for individual components to streamline production.

2026-01-18 Update: Added 50% scale option (11-18mm) for smaller applications (requires a little wear-in). And added standard wrench for 21mm. Added 21mm lock nut (correct thread direction lol).

2026-01-19 Added better wrench with 21 & 11mm. Lock washer & normal washer for 21mm.
