Core One Top Mod - MMU3

A magnetic top on that is on a hinge that had been raised to utilize the mmu3 unit on the core one. I made it magnetic so you can access the print head and work on it easier. It really helps. I used prusas new uploads of the core one to get exact dimensions and everything lines up nicely. It raises the top of the unit by 50mm.

• SlidingDoor - x1

• Arm_Right - x1

• Arm_Left - x1

The files I made are all in two separate files that you will need to split and rearrange. 

*Print x2 Hinges*

You will need to add supports to the following parts shown below:

For hardware:

• 10x2mm Magnets - disc (x22)

• Weather Strip - 5mm wide x 2/3mm tall

• M3 Heatset Inserts - Threaded - M3x6x5 or smaller (x22) (soldering iron required)

• M3 HHCS - 10mm or smaller (x18)

• M3 HHCS - 8mm or smaller (x4) 

• M3 Locknuts (x2)

• M3 HHCS - 35mm or larger for hinge (x2)

• PTFE Tube - Roughly 400mm (start with more and cut to the length your printer likes)

• Super Glue

You will also need to change the PTFE Tube Setting in your Core One Settings

settings>hardware>MMU>Front PTFE Length and set it to 460mm.
