Description
This is a two part, 125x60mm mounting cleat. I wanted a way to non-permanently mount a solar panel charge controller in a travel box for a Starlink mini. 3M VHB tape was used to attach the socket component to the inside box wall and the tenon component to the back of the BougeRV Solar Controller.
The use of the cleat allows for easy removal / replacement of the controller in the box. As the wiring connections are on the bottom, removal provides for easy access to the terminal connections. The dovetail design keeps the controller firmly in place.
Use of the cleat also allows use of the controller with a different battery box if needed.
No supports are needed in the print.
