Heavy Duty T-Shape Mending Plates | T-Joiner (M4)

This set features "T-Shaped" structural plates designed for reinforcing perpendicular (90-degree) connections where one beam meets another.

Part of my heavy-duty structural series, these plates are 4mm thick with a standard 20mm width, making them rigid enough to stabilize frames, repair furniture, or build custom brackets without the flex associated with thinner printed parts.

Specifications:

• Shape: T-Plate (3-way connection)

The Set Includes:

• Small T-Plate: Compact version for tight corners.

• Large T-Plate: Extended version for greater leverage and stability.

• Slotted T-Plate: Features oblong slots instead of round holes, allowing for position adjustment before tightening.

Printing Instructions:

• Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are recommended for mechanical stress.

• Infill: 100% (Solid) creates the strongest part.

• Orientation: Print flat for maximum strength.
