Modular Reusable Seeding Pots

Simple system for seed starting that includes pots with 4- and 6-cell variations and trays to organize & capture water!

Inspired by Epic Gardeners seedling pot system found here.

I loved Epic Gardener's system, but I wanted a few features it was missing. My remix of this system includes taller seedling pots, different styling/profiles, bottom watering grid(s), and 2 different tray sizes to suit my growing setup.

Both trays feature a decorative grid for bottom watering and are designed for modularity – as your seedlings outgrow the starter cells, you can up-pot them within the same system.

• A larger tray that fits nicely under a 12x12' LED grow light (and pretty much max out the print bed of my AI)

  • This tray holds 9 of the single pots or 4-cells or 6 of the 6-cells

• A mini tray that is perfect for a window sill start 

  • This tray holds 3 of the single pots or 4-cells or 2 of the 6-cells

The seedling pots all feature centre holes to make it easy to pop them out of the pots when you are ready for transplanting, and the extra depth gives you a bit of extra room for root growth.

I printed these in PLA for indoor use only; please use a tougher filament if you plan to keep these outside as they may degrade in UV.
