Knurled Screwcaps

Variations on the screwcaps used in some of my other models.  These screwcaps use a knurled texture for grip and/or esthetics.   They are sized for the M33x2 and M30x2 threads used with some of my other models.  Each thread size comes in two heights and tethered vs plain style for each height.   The tethered style has a recess to accomodate attachment of a 3.2mm (1/8") beaded chain and an anchor component. 

Use a layer depth of 0.2mm or less for best thread production.
