Description
I have been fighting bass loops when playing records on my stereo preventing me from turning the bass up to where I like it. I decided to try a 3d printed option using NinjaTek Chinchilla with a gyroid fill pattern. These things work. The speakers I have provide 60" of bass radiation and rattle everything in the room, except my turntable. Problem solved.
There is a STEP file included to adjust if you need, but these are pretty universal for most turntables. I am curious to know if they work for you. The gyroid pattern is critical for a fill pattern to maximize the mitigation of the bass frequencies. The 3MF should be plug and play and reliable for using lower durometer TPU. The NinjaTek Chinchilla is the perfect material for this project.
***If you are having trouble printing TPU (low durometer) then check out this project. I have had a 100% success rate for TPU prints since I installed these parts into my extruder. This mod should be standard OEM on every Nextruder. I printed mine from PA12-CF and it works great.
