Description
Philips Air Fryer HD9252 Microswitch shaft.
This plastic shaft is located on the right side of the basket and it's needed to actually start the air fryer program.
Original part of my model broke making the whole air fryer useless.
To reach for the switch you need to remove the top cover using a plastic lever on the various plastic clips then remove the lcd cable and the whole top cover (unscrewing the 4 screws on the corners)
The micro switch is on the front - right side and its hold in place by 3 screws. the shaft comes out by pushing it up and pulling to the side, watch out for the metal spring.
Print the model in some heat resistant material (did mine using an abs spool i had around) i've left the tip lenght a little bit longer than needed (like 2mm) trim it to measure using a filament cutter and grind it a little bit using some sand paper to let the basket slide in and out smoothly while activating the switch.
