Sovol SV08 Toolhead Cover Mk5

Updates:

19 Jan 2026: Smoothed the inner surface of the duct section for better airflow.

This is the Mk5 version of my new toolhead design. Compared to Mk3:

• It has a much flatter front surface with hexagonal gaps for better cooling for the extra mcu

• better air flow, but I didn't include fancy details to split the air flow, which I find unnecessary.

• much better view of the nozzle

• it is lighter with 1.5 mm wall thickness (compared to 2 mm of Mk3)
