Hole Mount PD65W USB-C Charger

This is a 30mm hole mount for a PD65W USB-C charger module.  The circuit board is like one of these:    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DGLMWV5J

The mount consists of a mount, cap, nut, flange, tab and anchor.   Printing with a layer height of 0.2mm or smaller is recommended for best thread production.  Print in native orientation and use support from build plate when printing the mount, none with the cap.

The cap has a recess sized to accomodate a 3.2mm (1/8") bead chain end as does the anchor model.  These allow the cap to be tethered via use of a length of bead chain.  Secure the ends with CA glue or similar.

The mounting flange is printed seperately for a better finish. Install the flange before mounting on the host panel.  Use 3M VHB tape (or similar) to secure the circuit board on the mount. 

The tab can be attached using an M3 cap head screw  to help reinforce the board placement (see pictures).
