Description

Protect and mount your UniFi SuperLink Gateway with this sleek, functional, and easy-to-install enclosure. This case is designed specifically for a precision fit, ensuring your gateway stays cool while offering versatile mounting options.

Key Features

  • Magnetic Mounting: Features 6 integrated magnet inserts designed for 10×3 mm neodymium magnets. This allows you to securely snap the gateway onto server racks, metal cabinets, or any magnetic surface without drilling holes.

  • Optimized Airflow: The front panel includes custom ventilation cut-outs to prevent heat buildup, ensuring your SuperLink Gateway maintains peak performance during heavy network loads.

  • Precision Fit: Tailored dimensions for the USL-Gateway with easy access to all necessary ports and cables.

  • Low Profile Design: Adds protection without significant bulk, keeping your networking setup looking clean and organized.

Hardware Needed

  • Magnets: 6pcs of 10×3 mm circular magnets.

  • Adhesive (Optional): A drop of superglue can help secure the magnets, though the tolerances are designed for a snug press-fit.

Print Settings Recommendations

  • Material: PETG or ASA (Recommended for heat resistance in networking environments), though PLA works fine for most home setups.

  • Infill: 15–20% (Gyroid or Grid).

  • Perimeters: 3 for added durability around the magnet pockets.

  • Supports: Minimal or none (depending on your printer's bridging capabilities for the ventilation slots).

Tip: If you are using strong neodymium magnets, be sure to check the polarity before seating them in the inserts so they all pull in the same direction!
