Description
This patty mold and smasher is primarily designed for making pljeskavica, but it also works great as a large burger patty smasher.
Height of the mold is 12mm
The inner diameter of the forming ring is 143 mm, while the outer diameter of the smasher is 165 mm, allowing you to create evenly shaped patties with consistent thickness and clean edges.
For best results, it is recommended to use a plastic bag or foil placed over the meat before pressing. This prevents sticking, makes removal easier, and keeps the tool clean.
Printed in PLA for stiffness, 4 walls 30% infill
