NRG seat bass shaker mount dayton audio sim racing transducer

Improved design to add countersunk nuts for bolts 4mm & 5mm. 

Removed the need for a interfacing gasket as it just dampened the vibration effects.

added a flange to the top bracket so it tightens to the fiberglass seat and not the plastic grommet.
