TIG Foot Pedal (with Supports & EWM Picotig Details)

I wanted to print the pedal in a 45° angle so that the stress isn’t aligned straight across layer bonds, which usually makes the parts a bit stronger. However, printing larger parts like the cover and base of the pedal with the built-in slicer supports often results in ugly traces on the finished print.

Therefore, I used a technique described by Clough42 to make the integrated supports easy to remove. If you are using Bambu Studio to print, make sure to split the supports from the models.

You can do this by:

1. Load the .step file

2. Go from "Global" to "Objects"

3. Right click on the parent object

4. Split -> To objects

This results in separate objects, which makes it possible to easily remove the supports at the end. It is certainly also possible in other slicers. I also included the already split .3MF files, so you do not have to manually split them.

EWM 8P TIG Welding Machines

Probably unlikely, but if you have an EWM TIG welding machine (like the Picotig or Tetrix) with an 8 pin connector, this might be helpful to you.
