Description
I have a proprietary Lenovo desktop with an i9-9900 CPU. It has a TFX shape PSU with non-standard outputs. I decided to move everything to a bigger case and use a 2nd power supply, with an 8 pin GPU connector on it, wired to start when the 1st one does. It works without issue.
It took many tries to make this model work. I have designed it to allow good airflow to both power supplies.
To connect them together, you'll need to connect the green wires from both motherboard power connectors together and one of the grounds on each power supply together. Then they'll start at the same time.
Printed at 0.2mm layer height in PLA with 25" infill and 3 outer perimeters.
You'll need 10 screws for everything. I recommend screwing the PSUs to the bracket and then installing it in the PC.
