Bill of Materials (BOM)

To complete this assembly, you will need:

• 2x Printed Brackets (Print more for longer shelves).
  

• 1x Wooden Board (Recommended width: 10cm - 15cm; Length: Your choice).
  

• 4x M4 Wood Screws (Countersunk head). Ensure screws are shorter than the thickness of your wood.

Print Settings

For the best structural integrity, follow these recommendations:

• Orientation: Print on its side (the "h" profile shape laying flat on the build plate). This ensures the layer lines run along the length of the bracket, providing maximum strength against the weight of the shelf.
  

• Material: PETG or PLA is recommended for strength and slight flexibility.
  

• Infill: 20% - 40% (Gyroid or Grid recommended).
  

• Walls/Perimeters: 3 to 4 walls.
  

• Supports: No supports required if printed on the side profile.

Assembly Instructions

1. Cut your wooden board to the desired size and sand the edges.
   

2. Place the brackets on the underside of the wood. Measure to ensure they are spaced correctly to fit between the vertical bars of the bed frame (if applicable) or simply space them evenly.
   

3. Mark the screw holes through the bracket countersinks.
   

4. Pre-drill small pilot holes in the wood to prevent splitting.
   

5. Screw the brackets securely to the wood.
   

6. Hook the assembly over the edge of the IKEA FYRESDAL frame.
