Description
If you are like me, I worry about carrying fully charged lithium ion tool batteries in tool bags. While the battery connectors are recessed to prevent accidental shorts, I tend to be a bit paranoid with all of the things that (accidentally or not) usually find their way into the bottom of the bags.
Use of these covers are pretty obvious, simply snap one of these on before you drop your battery in your tool bag. The cover pretty much does the rest.
As far as filament used, I had some Overture blue PLA+ that was close to the Kobalt tool blue, so that is what I decided to use. You can however, use whatever filament you happen to have on hand and depending on your preference. My gcode file is optimized for this filament and the stl file is oriented correctly.
Here are the settings that I used:
.20 mm layer height
.4 mm nozzle
25% infill
Rafts: No
Supports: Yes (Organic)
3 perimeters
4 Layers top and bottom
