BNC bulkhead mount F/F rework options

 There are two versions of the model presented.   One is a basic rework mount that allows a F/F BNC bulkhead mount be installed in an existing 16mm (5/8") panel opening.  This might be the case if replacing SO-239 bulkhead fittings with BNC.

The second version provides the same capability but also includes addition of a screw on cap with provision for tethering the cap with a 3.2mm (1/8") bead chain.  Use CA glue to secure bead chain ends in the cap recess and anchor recess.

Max panel thickness is 4mm.   

Thread pitch used:

• Nut below panel M16x1.5

• Screw on cap M22x1.5 above panel

• Internal threads to match BNC bulkhead mount 1/2-28 UNEF

Print "body" and "nut" models in their native orientation with support from build plate only.  Print the "cap" model without support.

Use 0.2mm or less layer height for best thread production.
