Fungineers X10 Rails to TFL Drop Top Fender Top Piece Adapter

Mini fender, mud guard, and DTF base piece, all in one! For X10 rail angles with BTG tire. Fits both the raised and lowered rail positions with the TFL Thundercat BTG tire. Larger tires or offset (raised AND lowered position) may require modification to the riser.

This interfaces with the GT/GT-S/XRC/+XR fender top model, not the BTG one.

Printing Instructions

• Print it flat in the orientation it will sit on the rails, ideally.

• PETG has served me well in terms of strength and being flexible enough to take hits.

• 50% or comparable infill

• Supports enabled (I used organic for the support pattern)

  • Support the DTF interface (the little lip up top)

  • Support the "roof" that sits over top of the footpad

  • The rest does not need supports

• Optional: Build Plate Adhesion enabled (I used brim for the adhesion type)

• Optional: 3 or more brim lines, to keep things adhered and sturdy

Once configured:

1. Take ‘em off your print bed when they’re done and remove the supports.

2. Install on your board. It should fit right over any stock (8mm) clearance height foot pads, or a rear pad with up to a 3mm backer plate.

3. Hardware:

   1. Needs 2 x M5x30mm and 2 x M5x16 countersunk screws to install with Stompies pads

   2. Needs just 2 x M5x30mm countersunk screws to install with regular XR pads
