Why this hook?

I designed this hook because i needed a straight, reinforced neck and a load-bearing base plate to ensure it stays on the wall, even under heavy use.

Key Features:

• Print-Friendly: Designed to be printed on its side for maximum shear strength (layer lines run along the hook, not across it).

• No Supports Needed: Clean results every time, no post-processing required.

• Heavy Duty: Thick base with countersunk screw holes for a flush and secure fit.

• Universal Design: Minimalist look that fits in the garage, kitchen, or office.

Print Settings:

• Material: PETG (Recommended for strength) or PLA.

• Infill: 40% or higher (Tri-Hexagonal or Gyroid for best strength).

• Wall Loops: 3-4 walls (This is more important for strength than infill!).

• Layer Height: 0.2mm is perfect.

• Supports: NONE.

Mounting:

Uses standard 4mm or 4.5mm flat-head screws.
