🖥 Keep your TP-Link TL-SG105 securely mounted in any standard 10-inch rack!
This remix adapts the original 8-port TL-SG108 design to fit the 5-port TL-SG105. It adds a robust latch rather than relying solely on press-fit, ensuring your switch stays firmly in place.

💡 Flexible Customization:
Users can further remix the model to add keystone slots for RJ45 Ethernet couplers if needed. In my setup, I route network cables differently, so additional slots weren’t required.

🛠 How It Was Made:
The model was split and adjusted in Fusion 360 for perfect fitment of the TL-SG105. Compatible with all standard 10-inch racks, not limited to any specific brand.

🖨 Print Settings (Recommended):
🧵 Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS
📏 Layer Height: 0.2mm
⬆⬇ Walls/Top/Bottom Layers: 2-3
🧩 Infill: 20%
Support: Not needed – PETG can bridge the gaps easily

✅ Tips:

• PETG recommended for stronger parts if you frequently remove/reinstall the switch

• PLA is fine for stationary setups

• Ensure printer dimensional accuracy for a snug fit
