Neptune 4 Improved tensionner bracket

Stronger tensionner bracket compatible with the improved tensionner for toothed idler. After months of high belt tension the stock tensionner crept out of shape making the belt rub on the idler, this fixes it.
Identical aesthetic than double shear mods.
Not compatible with N4Pro

Required hardware:

• 3.2mm drill bit (or good alignment and drilling skills)

• 2.5mm drill bit

• M3 Tap

BOM:

• 4 M3x26mm SHCS (i used 30mm like on double shear for plus/max. Max length is 52mm)

Recommended print settings:

• Layer height: ≤ 0.2mm

• Print orientation: as imported

• Supports: Not required

Recommended materials:

• PETG

• ABS/ASA

Installation

Put the bracket on with the tensionner inside, put a very small amount of tension on it and make sure that it has no play. mark the points to drill with using the 3.2mm drill being careful to not shift the bracket. Remove the bracket and drill them with the 2.5mm drill bit, Tap and install with screws.
