Description
This is a fully 3D printable enclosure for the LilyGo TTGO LoRa32 board used in Meshtastic nodes.
The enclosure provides internal space for a battery and supports the use of the board’s native antenna connector.
The slide switch and reset button are integrated into the housing and routed through dedicated printed actuator parts, allowing full access to both controls from the outside.
The design is optimized for straightforward FDM printing and clean assembly on a standard desktop printer.
I printed my version in PLA with a 0.1 mm layer height for a clean fit and good surface quality.
The enclosure is compact, functional, and easy to adapt for custom Meshtastic setups.
