Description
This mod replaces one of the plastic side panels of the CORE One with a mount for the Polymaker PolyDryer. The design is inspired by Tom_Ash's design, but with a much lower bill of materials. With the advanced filtration system but no other mods to keep in heat, I can get the chamber temperature to read 58oC while printing ASA.
Required hardware:
2 M3x40 screws.
2 M3 nuts.
24 6x2mm magnets (commonly used in Gridfinity). All are intended to be press-fit without glue.
As shown, black Polymaker ASA using the BALANCED profile. PETG might be fine, but due to the higher chamber temperature and holding a heater, ABS or ASA is recommended. All models that require multiple are stated in the descriptions. While shown on the left side of the CORE One, the panels are symmetrical and can be placed on the right side.
The CAD files of the CORE One were not referenced, so the model is not bound to the OCL.
