Sunlu spool adapter for Elegoo special 79mm ID cardboard spools

One of my elegoo spools arrived broken one of the sides.

Tried many adapters for elegoo buy none works.

Designed this, due I have a pile of sunlu spools made to pushfit and glue, you can only pushfit, it holds very well.

Due the snag fit of the original sunlu spools are not very good and starts to get loose when you dry the filament  (+70ºC) decided to do my own snag fit, for that reason you need the spacer.

Print settings

• 5 perimeters (to ensure good heat resistance when comes into the dryer)

• Use heat resistant filament

Asembly

• Fit the spacer on the side that have the long tube

• You need to aling the notch, use glue to fit

• Slide this modified half spool onto the cardboard spool

• Flip the spool, retire if necessary the other side of cardboard, snag fit  the other side of the spool like the OEM spool.
