Universal tube squeezer, easy to print, easy to assemble, easy to use

Universal Tube Squeezer, usable for all kind of tubes up to a width of 78mm. 

Available widths (max): 38mm, 46mm, 54mm, 62mm, 70mm, 78mm

The tube squeezer consists of two diffrent parts (roller/connector), easy to print and assemble, easy to use.

Printing recommendations:

• filament PETG or similar (no brittle filament)

• 0.4mm nozzle

• 0.2mm structural

• 20% infill, Gyroid

• 3 Perimeters

• no supports, no brim

Assembly instruction:

• take a roller and push a connector fully into the hole at one side of the roller

• take the second roller and push it onto the other side of the connector

• pay attention to the parallel alignment of the rollers

• take the second connector and push it into both holes at the opposit side of the rollers at the same time

• done, both rollers should turn easily

How to use the Squeezer:

• Take the tube and measure the width at the tube end. Choose a squeezer which is a little bit wider

• Slide the squeezer over the end of the tube until the end protrudes far enough to be held.

• Hold the tube end with one hand and push the squeezer with the other hand (two fingers) into the tube opening direction. The squeezer rolls or slides on the tube.

• Stop when the contents have been pushed forward sufficiently.

• Adjust the position as the tube empties
