Description
long time ago I bought a Mannesmann mini vise with suction base. I thought it was a good idea - long story short .. it wasn't.
This tiny part converts the suction base to something that can be clamp to a table.
Additional Hardware
a wooden board that fits you needs - I recommend hardwood
M8 screw-in sleeve
2 wood screws
Print instructions
print in given orientation
3 perimeters
use PETg or similar (I used PCTg)
Assembly
make a small hole with a 25mm forstner bit and inside use a 13mm drill bit - see picture
make a hole for the screw-in sleeve with a 10.5mm drill
add the screw-in sleeve, the part should be fully flat on your board
assemble the vise onto the board
add the printed part a and screw it in place
