Parametric Pipe Plug for Sewer Pipes (DN32, DN40, DN50, DN75, DN90, DN110)

This is a parametric pipe plug designed for sewer / drainage pipes with rubber seals (HT / KG systems).

The model is generated using OpenSCAD and supports pipe sizes from DN32 to DN110.
For convenience, I have also included pre-generated STL files for DN32, DN40, and DN50.

Features

• Designed to fit pipes with rubber gaskets

• Stop flange prevents the plug from being pushed in too far

• Chamfered lead-in for easier insertion into the seal

• Hollow interior to save material and reduce print time

• Adjustable tolerance and wall thickness

• Fully parametric – easily generate other DN sizes

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PLA / PETG (PETG recommended for better durability)

• Layer height: 0.2 mm

• Infill: 20–30%

• Perimeters: 3

• No supports needed

• Print orientation: flange on the build plate

Notes

This plug is intended for temporary or protective use, not for pressurized systems.

If you need a different DN size, simply change the parameter in OpenSCAD and export a new STL.
