Adjustable Heavy-Duty Leveling Foot – M40×3 (90–120 mm)

This adjustable leveling foot is designed for high-load, structural and heawy applications where precise height adjustment and stable load transfer are required.
The component features a large-diameter M40×3 threaded body, reinforced side walls, and a wide base optimized for load distribution.

The upper mounting flange (8mm holes) allows rigid attachment to frames or machine bases, while the threaded section enables fine vertical adjustment. The lower foot geometry is suitable for use with a rubber pad or damping element to reduce vibration and surface damage.

Printing Recommendations

• Material: PETG / ABS / PA (nylon)

• Wall thickness: minimum 4–5 perimeters

• Infill: 40–60% (gyroid or cubic)

• Slower print speed recommended to ensure thread accuracy

PLA is suitable for low static loads. It is not recommended for dynamic or continuous load applications.
