Herman Miller Aeron - Atlas Headread - Friction Plate

I designed this friction plate to prevent the Atlas headrest (Herman Miller Aeron accessory) from sliding with minimal force. It's inserted between the two linear bearings and the headrest rails.

You will need to print 2 instances (bottom half-bearings).

My settings:

• smooth sheet with glue

• Prusament TPU 95A

• 0.4 mm HF nozzle

• 0.20 mm layers

• 1x 0.20 mm bottom layer

• 0.20 mm roof

• 3 perimeters

• 100% infill
