Ender 6 hotend cable mount remix

I really like the cable holder that this is based on. It allows for the mount to be installed without removing the harness. Wires enter through the rear slot. The sleeve pushes in to hit a stop. No wire tie is needed for the sleeve.

I modified the support to move the PTFE tube a bit to the left to align with the extruder, thickened the sides of the tube support and added a step in the support that allows space to wire tie the tube in place.
