Description
I wanted to create a Pinecil organizer for my toolkit, with place for all tips and other things required for soldering with it.
Pinecil comes with one tip and the two sets of tips (https://pine64.com/product/pinecil-soldering-tip-set-fine/ and https://pine64.com/product/pinecil-soldering-tip-set-gross/) contain four bits each. You need a screwdriver to change the tip (there is a PH1-screw to lock the tip in place) and cable to power the iron.
After looking for a while, I could not find any design that can house 9 bits, so here it is.
Screwdriver-slot is designed to hold variety of sizes. It is angled so that the solder tube fits under the screwdriver. With larger handles, you might need to shorten the solder tube.
This is partially derivative of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4981053, from which I took the basic outline for Pinecil and tips. I added small features to better lock the tips and Pinecil in place, so that the base can be carried around without any cover and nothing falls out.
