Behringer XR18 Recessed Rack Ears

This recessed rack ear is a (hopefully) improved version of the one made by cedd.

The original suffered from too much flex when mounted in to a 19" rack, leaving an impression that it will bend over time or crack when not handled with care. The rigidity was improved both by an extended support bracket as well as by optional lower number of the connector cutouts, which also contribute to the overall rigidity.

I typically print them out of ASA with internal and external brim.
