Description
A replacement for the original headlight bracket.
Stable and expandable.
In my case, I installed it on a 2025 Hiley Tiger Evo GTR. However, the shape of the seatpost allows it to be mounted on other scooters from this brand.
EXAMPLES:
Install an additional lamp in the main mounting hole, Motorcycle LED Dual Color Spotlight (available on Aliexpress and Amazon)
An electrical box can be connected to the M3x0.5 mounting holes above the reflector. This box can be used to conceal the connections or to house a small step-down switch or relay if necessary.
VERSION: Normal or With mounting holes. Internal thread M3x0.5.
ELECTRICAL BOX:
Holes connecting the box to the lid, 3 M2.5x0.45 screws
Screw the mounting eyelet with an M4x0.7 screw
Internal dimensions: 80x14x33 mm
PRINTED: I recommend printing in PETG or ASA for outdoor use. However, it also works in PLA. I printed with the correct setup, without supports, but I used brim.
