Replacement bushing for the upper engine mount on Volvo 5‑cylinder models using the OEM part number 1029703. This design replaces the original rubber bushing with a 3D‑printed TPU insert, re‑using the factory aluminum outer and inner shells to save cost and retain OEM geometry.

Installation notes

1.Remove the old rubber bushing from the aluminum shells.

2.Cut away large rubber chunks with a knife, then heat the inner aluminum part with a torch and scrape off the remaining rubber.

3.Clean both the outer aluminum shell and the inner aluminum core thoroughly.

4.Press the 3D‑printed TPU bushing into the outer shell, then press the inner aluminum part into the TPU.
