SidePod V2 Additional Parts

The SidePod is an underrated light mag-fed blaster, boasting fine handling characteristics with its mag-in-grip design giving centre-of-gravity balance. These files are for those who feel the need to add additional options to their model. The skinny bolt design is based off the Nerf Pro Torrent, designed with the intent of not requiring tubing to connect the ram base with the ram tip. The only additional hardware required will be the nuts and bolts for the "Sakura" stock should you wish to add it to your blaster (M3x10mm screws used for the buttplate). Power ratings with the rifled attachment is approx. 150FPS with a roughly 9Kg load (unknown random spring used; spring rating advised subject to user testing experience. User discretion is advised).

When installing the skinny bolt part, ensure that the reinforcement ribbing is point upwards. Installing it the other way will both shred darts and damage the magazine follower.

For those wanting to add the rifled barrel attachment, the length of your barrel should be flush with the "Front Piece - V2".

Additional files for the straight talon mag model have been included for those who want to add the original slide part from the top-prime Sidepod. The position for the slide holes are on the "Ram Arm Fixture" part in the original SidePod for when your making your ram pusher parts. Those who are using angled talon mags only need to print the "Main Cap - Pump - RC1 V1 Slide Cuts (metric)" as the original "Main Body - RC1" part already accommodates angled talon mags.

Please Note: The skinny bolt part is only compatible with angled and straight talon models, not for Nightingale magazines.
